Dr. Jason Penaluna

There is no way I wanted to be referred to as a "Quack", so, I admit, I contemplated becoming a medical doctor for a time. But then I learned what "quack" actually meant and I rapidly changed my tune. Therese Reed, Chiropractic Assistance and Program Manager

Mine is one of the coolest jobs in Greenlake because a good part of what my job entails is to cheer lead clients towards better health and wellness.  I have had the great opportunity to live in this community for the past 3 years, and spent the past 2+ years helping fellow community members to meet their chiropractic and health goals.  As a chiropractic client myself I have been able to experience many of the same powerful benefits that our clients have: eased neck and back tension, easier sleep, improved mobility and better posture.  More specifically, my own care at the Studio has allowed me to continue to enjoy the things I love in this area, and it is always a treat to see our clients here racing around the lake or biking around the neighborhood too!

It is always an honor to be part of a client’s journey towards health.  Please contact me at info@penalunachiropractic.com if I can be of any service as you start your own journey.  I very much look forward to working with you!

Dr. Penaluna Asks some important questions of interest to Seattle residents - Chiropractor Seattle Dr. Penaluna Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Can subluxations clear up on their own?
Sometimes. Today's hectic lifestyles can be a constant source of subluxations. Fortunately, our bodies have the ability to self-correct many of these minor problems as we bend and stretch, or when we sleep at night. When subluxations don't resolve, you need to see our Seattle office for chiropractic care!
